How To Make: Glitter Pumpkins

The Vampire Diaries Recap/Review: Original Sin

Strap in for a crazy ride because it's 'Vampire Diaries' time! Stefan is now roaming free somewhere. We see him entering a bar and drinking from a bartender then when he goes outside he burns in the sun. Elena sees all this in a dream and then wakes up to tell Damon. At first, Damon feels awkward that Elena is having dreams about her ex-boyfriend/his baby bro but he comes around. Enter Katherine, who tells them that she is having the same dreams. Is this a doppelganger thing? Regardless, they need to find Stefan before he returns to his old ripper ways or, even worse, dies.

The Originals Recap/Review: Tangled Up in Blue

The devilish originals have a plan in motion to get Elijah back in the latest episode. Plan A is to simply ask Marcel to give him back and Plan B is "war", as Klaus puts it. Typically, Marcel turns down Plan A so war it is! Starting off, Klaus uses Josh to drain one of Marcel's minions of vervain. Meanwhile, Rebekah meets up with Sophie to track down the witch that outed Hayley to Marcel. This witch is named Katie and she's in a relationship with Marcel's right hand man, Thierry.

Glee Recap/Review: The Quarterback

This week's episode of 'Glee' is a tribute to Cory Monteith/Finn Hudson. The episode opens with a performance of 'Seasons of Love' starting with the newest Glee club members, the older members enter and then Kurt, Santana, Mercedes, Puck and Mike Chang appear. Behind them is a picture of Finn in his football uniform and then the title card shows with Finn incorporated (above). This first performance has me emotional already because you can see the grief in the actor's eyes as they sing this opening number.

The Vampire Diaries Recap/Review: True Lies

In the opening of this stellar episode, Bonnie recounts to Jeremy how Silas killed her father. Sadly Bonnie cannot contact her father on the other side because her father wasn't a supernatural being. Then she tells Jeremy that they need to keep Katherine away from Silas because they can't let him succeed. Speaking of that pesky little minx, Katherine's on the run until Matt finds her and brings her to Jeremy. What happened with Matt and Nadia? Why does he seem so normal? Let's hope that we get some answers...

The Originals: House of the Rising Son Recap/Review

Rebekah returns home, bitches!!! In the second episode of 'The Originals' Rebekah rushes to New Orleans so she can find out what happened to Elijah since he hasn't been answering his phone. Keep in mind that this episode is supposed to be set a couple of months after the premiere episode. Also, we learn that Marcel has his vamp minions invite humans to his parties so they can all feed at midnight. During the party, Marcel finds out that six of his vampires have been killed, thanks to Rebekah.

Glee: Tina in the Sky with Diamonds Recap/Review

Week two of the Beatles tribute, 'Tina in the Sky with Diamonds', featured the 'Glee' members going to a joint junior/senior prom. The nominations for prom king are Artie and Blaine while Tina and Kitty are nominated for prom queen (even though Kitty is a sophomore). Realistically I don't see how either Blaine or Artie would be nominated, they're not that popular, but whatever. Tina is so happy about her nomination that she bursts into song but it's cut short when the bell rings so I'm not even gonna grade that performance.

The Originals: Always and Forever (Series Premiere) Recap/Review

Before 'The Originals' can begin we must first go back with it's series premiere, 'Always and Forever'. The premiere episode takes us back to the time of the backdoor pilot episode from season 4 of 'The Vampire Diaries', this gives us the story from Elijah's point-of-view. Even before that though, we travel back 300 years to see the original vampire family (Klaus, Elijah and Rebekah Mikaelson, plus family members in coffins) when they first arrive in New Orleans.

The Vampire Diaries: I Know What You Did Last Summer (Season 5 Premiere) Recap/Review

Let's go to college y'all! 'The Vampire Diaries' season 5 premiere, 'I Know What You Did Last Summer', started off the college years for our fave Mystic Falls residents. But wait, what happened over Summer? Let me tell ya! Elena and Damon have been going hot and heavy, Rebekah and Matt have been going hotter and heavier as they have been having threesomes with robbers in Europe, Jeremy has been helping Bonnie stay in connect with the girls through email, Katherine is adjusting to life as a human and Stefan is still M.I.A.

Glee: Love Love Love (Season 5 Premiere) Recap/Review

'Glee' is finally back after it's, far too long, season break! The season premiere, 'Love Love Love', kicked things off with the first part of the two part Beatles tribute. The absence of Cory Monteith/Finn Hudson is noticeable but that's only because we know what we do. So just put it to the back of your mind because it is going to be dealt with in episode 3. The season begins with Rachel doing a chemistry audition for 'Funny Girl' and afterwards she hears the actor and director saying that she isn't ready. This launches us into the first performance, 'Yesterday', in which Rachel wanders around New York. I love the shots of the city during this performance and might the song choice be a nod towards Cory/Finn?

Pretty Little Liars: Now You See Me, Now You Don't (Summer Finale) Recap/Review

We might think that we've seen everything when it comes to 'Pretty Little Liars' but the Summer Finale, 'Now You See Me, Now You Don't', proved us all wrong. It all starts when a package arrives to Spencer's house addressed to all the Liars. Inside are four magic 8 balls, the fortunes reads: "If she goes free... You'll hear from me... Kisses... A." This means that if Ashley gets out of jail then 'A' is coming for the girls so basically 'A' just declared #WorldWarA! I'm so excited!!!

Pretty Little Liars: Bring Down the Hoe Recap/Review

My goodness! My heart is still pumping from 'Pretty Little Liars' this week... or maybe that's the coffee I had earlier? Whichever, 'Bring Down the Hoe' was such an exciting/thrilling episode. The girls catch up on all their gossip at lunch but Lieutenant Tanner interrupts to tell them that they found a muddy shoe in the wreckage of Emily's house that matches the footprints from the Wilden murder crime scene. Hanna isn't too happy to hear that they can trance the shoe with DNA tests so she rushes off in a hurry, making her mom look kinda guilty.

Teen Wolf: Lunar Ellipse (Summer Finale) Recap/Review

Whose ready for the 'Teen Wolf' Summer Finale, 'Lunar Ellipse'? I don't actually care if you're ready or not because here we go... Scott, Allison and Stiles wake up in a really creepy white room, is this afterlife? In the room is a tree stump that takes the gang to the past (A.K.A. the 'Pilot' episode). The gang watch themselves encounter the supernatural in Beacon Hills for the first time. Somehow, they all make their way back to this tree stump that is also in the past. Confused yet?

Pretty Little Liars: The Mirror Has Three Faces Recap/Review

There weren't a lot of shockers in 'The Mirror Has Three Faces', the latest 'Pretty Little Liars' episode, but there were a couple of 'OMG' moments. This is probably just the calm before the storm, known as #WorldWarA, and things will start heating up again next week. Firstly, Emily finds out that she will be staying with Alison's mother while the Fields' family home gets fixed up. Ems isn't real happy about it but Hanna pressures her into staying so they can all get more information. Hanna has a lot of anger issues lately, I mean she's allowed to be a little angry because her mom might get sent to jail but whatever, sister needs to chill.

Teen Wolf: Alpha Pact Recap/Review

'Alpha Pact' is the penultimate episode of 'Teen Wolf's Summer run so you know that things are about to get crazy. This episode picks up right where last week's left off as Stiles tries to wake the unconscious Derek. Afterwards, Stiles stays at the hospital to answer questions from an annoying FBI agent. He finds out that 'Argent' is written on the elevator doors, meaning that Chris will be Jennifer's next victim. Allison better hide her dad.

Pretty Little Liars: Into the Deep Recap/Review

'Pretty Little Liars' said happy birthday to Emily in this week's episode, 'Into the Deep'. Things weren't all birthday wishes and cake though. Once Mona confesses to killing Wilden (but did she really?), Ashley is allowed bail. However, the bail is set at 1 million dollars since Wilden was a cop.

Teen Wolf: The Overlooked Recap/Review

The 'Teen Wolf' gang were looking into the eye of the storm in this week's 'The Overlooked'. Most of the episode took place in the Beacon Hills Memorial hospital while a major storm raged outside, much like 'Grey's Anatomy's season 9 finale but with supernatural creatures. After Derek learns of Jennifer's true identity, thanks to mistletoe provided by Scott (Merry Christmas, bitch!), they take Jennifer to the hospital so she can heal Cora. Although the Alpha pack is already there, waiting to settle business with Jennifer.

Pretty Little Liars: Face Time Recap/Review

Ready for answers, bitches? Well we got some in this week's episode of 'Pretty Little Liars', 'Face Time'. Caleb starts this episode by informing Hanna of her dad's missing gun which links to Ashley. This doesn't put Hanna into a very good mood as she starts going off on Spencer about the Melissa Mask. In a car across the street, new detectives, Gabriel Holbrook and Linda Tanner, watch the girls. These two mean business and they're gonna get to the bottom of things!

Teen Wolf: Frayed Recap/Review

Get ready because things are about to get a little confusing... The newest 'Teen Wolf' episode, 'Frayed', starts with Stiles and Scott on a bus making their way to a cross country meet. Tensions are high on the bus between Issac, Boyd and Ethan but Scott has his own problems as he hasn't healed from a fight he had with the alpha pack. Also, he admits to Stiles that Derek died in the fight, I don't care too much about Derek to be honest so excuse me if I'm not shocked.

The Summer Return

Loyal readers, I'm pleased to say that 'Teen Drama Heaven' will be returning in approximately two weeks. This is just in time for the return of 'Teen Wolf' and 'Pretty Little Liars'. Also, there will be new additions to the blog (e.g. news updates, music, fashion etc.) and the recaps will be slightly downsized. I'm hoping to expand the blog and touch new areas which will be a lot of fun for me and will hopefully bring in some new readers. During this new era, the shows that will be showcased on 'Teen Drama Heaven' are 'Glee', 'The Vampire Diaries', 'Pretty Little Liars', 'Teen Wolf', 'The Carrie Diaries', 'The Originals' and 'Ravenswood'. Plus, I will keep you updated with the 'Veronica Mars' movie as it is a returning Teen Drama.

So keep checking back for lots of fun stuff!

Important Announcement

Dear readers, unfortunately I have found that I do not have enough time to keep up with my recaps lately. Therefore, it's with great sadness that I say that Teen Drama Heaven will be closed until further notice. This is not goodbye but instead a see you soon. This is a very busy time for me right now and I would like to keep doing this but it takes a lot of time. Also, it makes me sad that I can't finish this TV season because of all the hard work that I have put into this blog. However, I would like to thank my loyal readers who have got me to 8629 hits, that's insane to me. Additionally, I want to thank my best friend who really believed in me, she's literally amazing and without her I wouldn't have had the confidence to write for this blog. I will be back though, hopefully I will have returned in time for the 'Pretty Little Liars' season 4 premiere. Until then, you can find my TV thoughts on my Twitter account.

Thanks for everything.

Pretty Little Liars: Will the Circle Be Unbroken? Recap/Review

Did anyone else love this week's 'Pretty Little Liars' episode, 'Will the Circle Be Unbroken?' I'm so sad that there's only two episodes left of this season. But I need answers so let's get on with it, the girls meet at the school courtyard because they haven't seen Spencer lately. Then Melissa voices her worries, the liars tell her that they don't know where Spencer is, which is true. However, we know that she has been committed to the Radley. I was really concerned that Spencer's family had no idea that she was at the Radley but we find out that Spencer had been considered a 'Jane Doe', that make's much more sense.

9O21O: Life's a Beach Recap/Review

There has been some very important '9O21O'-related news recently, if you haven't heard then where have you been? Yep, it's true, the show has finally been canceled. Rejoice Teen Drama addicts! Although, it's not over yet as there's still seven episodes left to recap and review for y'all, starting with 'Life's a Beach'. Which is an odd title because this episode starts on the beach with Liam telling Dixon and Navid that he wants to open a surf shop. Okay, everything sounds good, solid plan. Oh wait, it'll be a surf shop just for girls. I was liking this idea up until he said that because he has now cut out half the amount of people that he will be able to sell surfboards to. But later the surf shop idea turns into more of a brand so it's okay again as a brand seeks a wider audience. After Liam has told the guys this, he runs into a surfer chick, named Sydney, who wants to invest. Later, Dixon finds out that he is able to make a music video for Michaela but they need to work fast. Thankfully, Silver agrees and allows the music video to go ahead. For some reason, Silver and Michaela were kinda close in this episode. At Naomi's house, Mark holds a tasting party for just the girls and he reveals that he might be moving to New York because there's big opportunities there. Naomi isn't too happy when she hears about this. On the CU campus, Navid finds a bulletin for a major global marketing firm that is looking for a trainee. Campbell spots this so he tries to make Navid feel like he doesn't stand a chance. After the tasting party, Naomi tells Annie that she wants to pimp Adrianna out to Mark so he'll stay in Beverly Hills. Annie is totally against this and tries to convince Naomi that it's a bad idea. At Liam's surf shop, he's busy making Sydney a surfboard when she stops by so they decide to get busy.

The Carrie Diaries: Hush Hush Recap/Review

Everyone was keeping things 'Hush Hush' in 'The Carrie Diaries' this week. That's because there were so many secrets floating about, like Carrie's secret internship at 'Interview Magazine'. Which was going very well for our heroine who was really finding her place. At school though, Sebastian seeks out The Mouse so they can talk about how he wants to break up with Donna. Thus, Mouse spills that George and Carrie broke up. I think The Mouse and Sebastian are so funny together so I loved the majority of the scenes in this episode because they were in a lot together. Elsewhere, Maggie was keeping her secret from Walt still but he knows something's up. After school, Sebastian breaks up with Donna at the diner, she takes it surprisingly well. However, she asks him to wait until after the school's lock in to start telling people as she's the event organizer and she doesn't want her moment ruined. Back at 'Interview', Carrie has been roped into being a shoe model as no-one else can fit into the Manolo Blahniks. This was one of my favorite scenes because we got to see Carrie fall in love with her one true love, Manolo's. If you're a fan of the original 'Sex and the City' series then this was a big moment and there's another one coming later. Firstly though, Larissa gives Carrie the shoes and then invites her to a nightclub named 'Limelight'. Larissa has asked Carrie out the same night that the lock in is happening at school so she has the perfect excuse.

Pretty Little Liars: Out of Sight, Out of Mind Quick Review

I really enjoyed this week's episode of 'Pretty Little Liars' which is named 'Out of Sight, Out of Mind'. Firstly, Spencer finally told the other liars about Toby being a part of the 'A' Team which made us all very happy. However, Emily didn't want to believe that Toby is all bad so she went in search of him. Also, Aria is pulled into Hanna and Ashley's hit and run problems. Although, she does have her own problems as she was left in charge of Malcolm and he falls off the bed. Ezra seems to understand that parenting is hard but Aria thinks that things are getting hard in her relationship recently. Maybe she should start dating Wesley? I dunno... I would like that though. Meanwhile, Spencer is led to Toby's dead body in the woods but we don't see his face so I don't believe it's actually Toby. Spencer then gets admitted into the Radley as she's found mumbling in the woods. I thought this was really weird, why would they take her to the Radley instead of the hospital. This was a great episode though and there's only three episodes left of this season so I'm really excited to see what happens.

Overall episode score:-
'Out of Sight, Out of Mind' = A+

9O21O: Strange Brew Quick Thoughts

Here's quick thoughts on this week's '9O21O' episode, 'Strange Brew':
  • This Liam and Annie thing is a pathetic ploy for more viewers and is way overdue.
  • Michaela is so annoying, have I said this before? If I have then it's because she's that annoying.
  • I still don't know what Silver and Adrianna want with a truck.
  • Wow, we haven't seen Naomi's hair this curly in years.
  • What makes Naomi think that Mark wants to move in with her?
  • I was actually hoping that Mark was gonna be a one episode only storyline.
  • Why is everyone acting like Annie is some great writer? I thought she always wanted to be an actress?
  • Question: "Which '9O21O' character, of all time, is the least relevant?" Answer: Navid.
  • At least the truck now factors into Silver and Adrianna's dreams, as it's now a movie truck but it's still a bad idea.
  • Mark is now moving in with Annie, funny because Naomi is gonna explode.
  • Why does Liam keep taking his shirt off?
  • I'm getting a headache.
  • Naomi needs to stop trying so hard.
  • I wish Liam had real ambitions.
  • Is Liam allowed to brew beer? He's still underage...
  • Mark doesn't know who Hanson is? He has led a very awful life.
  • I feel like Naomi should have consulted Mark when she invited one hundred people to the restaurant opening.
  • Speaking of, how did this restaurant open so fast?
  • Where did Vanessa go? She was the only good character.
  • Campbell sucks.
  • Silver shouldn't be angry if Michaela wants to sing. She should sing without the touring.
  • Naomi has an allergy and we've never heard of it? This show is ridiculous.
  • It's really weird how Silver still lives in Kelly's garage but we don't ever see Kelly. It's weird and annoying.
  • Annie should just come clean instead of dragging the Lannie even more.
It's sad but I'm counting down the episodes until this season is over. It's just so boring and stupid and I want it to be done.

Overall episode score:-
'Strange Brew' = D-
